Richard Syrett

Richard has always had a passion for the building trade, and after qualifying as a a Quantity Surveyor, he has experience in planning, design, contracts management, and housing development. With over two decades of experience, Richard founded his own company, ensuring high standards across all areas of the business. For Richard, it's all about delivering quality work with honesty and transparency, leading his team to adopt those same values.

Jonathan Whiting

With years of experience in cost management, Jonathan handles all project costing, ensuring budgets are met without forfeiting on quality.

Olivia Southgate

Olivia brings her creative flair to every project with her background in interior design. With her strong attention to detail, Olivia oversees all kitchen and interior aspects of our building projects, working closely with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life, without compromising on practicality. A project doesn't just finish when its built. We are committed to offering an extensive aftercare package. From snagging to further maintenance, we remain committed to providing you with all the post build support you need.

OUR ACCREDITATIONS

We may be family run, but we are nationally accredited.

Through our sister company, Vantage Construction, we are members of the National House Building Council who support us to deliver high quality new homes and building works while protecting homeowners with new home warranty and insurance since 1936.

As members of the National Federation of Builders (NFB) and House Builders Association (HBA) you can be assured in receiving the highest standards it takes to deliver projects and quality new homes having gone through the necessary accreditations.

We are members of the Norwich Building Safety Group and receive regular site inspections to ensure that our staff, colleagues, and visitors remain in a safe working environment at all completion.
